    AWARDS IN DANCE MUSIC

    RETURN ON INVESTMENT

DJ Awards UK Ltd, which owns 100 percent of DJ Awards SL, is raising £250,000 for a 12.5 percent stake, closing on 20 December 2025. Based on our plan and forecast exit trade sale to Live Nation or a similar global entertainment group, this stake is projected to be worth around £4.2 million in five years.

    VISION
Our vision is to bring the energy, passion and people back to the dancefloor, celebrating the DJs and creators who drive the culture forward. We’re building a global brand that’s loved and respected, with a business model designed to be profitable and built to last the next 25 years. At its core this is about keeping dance music relevant, inclusive and alive while recognising the talent that shapes the future of our world.
    HISTORY
Founded in 1998 by José Pascual and Lenny Krarup, the DJ Awards has been honouring excellence in dance music for over 24 years. It began as a small passion project and grew into the most respected award in global club culture, the one money can’t buy. Held every year during Ibiza’s closing week, the event has welcomed the biggest names in the industry including Daft Punk, Fernandisco, Pete Tong, Basement Jaxx and Carl Cox. For 19 years it was hosted at Pacha, the island’s spiritual home, before celebrating its twentieth edition at Hï Ibiza and then pausing during Covid. In 2024 Andrew Grant brought the brand back to life and acquired the full rights to the brand, including international trademarks, becoming the official custodian of its legacy and delivering an epic reboot at Club Chinois which saw the world’s most famous DJs personally collect their awards while pulling in 231000 public votes. In 2025 the team delivered a stripped back reset edition at ROTO which generated 250000 votes and saw some of the most famous DJs on the planet attend this intimate sit down dinner and awards event.
USE OF FUNDS / CURRENT RAISE
DJ Awards UK Ltd, which owns 100 percent of DJ Awards SL in Spain, is raising £250,000 at a £2,000,000 valuation giving 12.5 percent equity with a minimum investment of £5,000 and a maximum of £100,000 to complete its Friends and Family Seed Round, with the full £250,000 SEIS allocation available. This round closes on 20 December 2025 and will give the business the capital it needs to secure a three year partnership with Amnesia as the new home of the DJ Awards, lock in a two year streaming deal with YouTube and Apple Music, pay the deposit for the Coral Ocean superyacht to host the global press launch announcing categories and nominations, appoint Secret Cinema Group to produce the 2026 DJ Awards show, expand the Grand Jury with new members, and build a new website to manage both the jury nomination process and the public vote. It will also fund the development of our 25th anniversary streaming app celebrating 25 years of dance music. The raise covers the appointment of a full time management team along with PR, sponsorship and social media agencies and positions us to launch our £1,000,000 Series A round in February 2026 at a £5,000,000 pre money valuation while inviting the winners from the last 25 years to join us for the celebrations.
    NEXT PHASE / INVESTMENT OUTLOOK
The company has delivered two successful editions of the DJ Awards, with some of the world’s biggest DJs personally collecting their awards. In 2026 our focus is the DJ Awards 25th anniversary, a three day event that cements us as the owners of Ibiza’s closing party season. From 2027 we expand globally with DJ Awards Miami at Art Basel in December and the Legends Tour on the Orient Express in May, then add a new destination every year starting with Dubai 2027, London 2028., Berlin & Sao Paulo 2029 and Cape Town and Shanghai in 2030. In 2026 we launch our £1 million Series A at a £5 million valuation to fund the 25th anniversary programme and carry us through to 2027. Year Five revenue is forecast at £6 million with £3.4 million EBITDA, implying a £34 million exit at a 10× multiple.
  • 24 YEARS OF HISTORY

Founded in 1998 by José Pascual and Lenny Krarup, the DJ Awards is the original and most respected honour in global dance music. For over 24 years it has celebrated real excellence on the dancefloor, not popularity contests or pay to play voting. While things like the DJ Mag Top 100 have become widely seen as advertising driven and disconnected from the culture, the DJ Awards has always been the real deal. For 19 years it owned Ibiza’s closing week at Pacha, welcoming icons like Daft Punk, Fernandisco, Pete Tong, Basement Jaxx and Carl Cox, before celebrating its twentieth anniversary at Hï Ibiza. This award can’t be bought, can’t be gamed and can’t be faked. It is respected because the artists themselves show up, collect their awards in person and treat it as the one that actually matters. DJ Awards is the OG voice of the culture and the only award that truly reflects the people, the dancefloor and the industry it represents.
